Join Us In Our Mission
Through targeted learning opportunities, mentorship and robust partnerships, the business community can and must play an active role in encouraging youth to pursue manufacturing and other middle skills careers. Half the job market constitutes middle skills-reliant jobs, and without taking proactive measures to address the industry’s needs, we will continue to see losing youths to BPO job roles.
With careful investment and guidance, we can help students understand the opportunities that the manufacturing industry presents and create pathways to success for students nationwide.
OUR PURPOSE
To address the imminent need for more skilled workers, Aimtron Foundation aspires to build exposure and awareness to attract youth and non-traditional candidates to manufacturing careers, create an industry-endorsed process for interns and apprentices to address the challenges between academia and industry as well as career advancement barriers of current manufacturing employees.
Through tours, activities and programs, designed to educate, inspire, and prepare young people to pursue careers in technology and manufacturing. Program is designated for youth ages 18-24 and young adults looking to expand to technical career pathways that help close the gap between education and work.
